Privacy Policy

The short version

This website does not run advertising trackers, does not set cookies of its own, and does not sell anyone's information. The quote form on this site opens your own email app. Nothing you type into it is stored on this website or sent to any third party.

What we collect

When you email, call, or send a quote request, we receive whatever you choose to tell us. That is usually your name, your contact details, and the details of the piece you want made.

When you buy something, our payment processor collects the billing and shipping details needed to complete the sale. We receive your name, shipping address, email, the order contents, and confirmation that payment succeeded. We never receive or store your full card number.

Who processes payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Venmo and PayPal payments are handled by PayPal, Inc. Cash App payments are handled by Block, Inc. Zelle payments are handled by your own bank. Each of those companies has its own privacy policy governing the information you give it.

How we use it

We use your information to quote your project, make it, ship it, take payment, keep the records Texas and the IRS require us to keep, and answer you if you write back. We use it for nothing else.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete your order. That means the payment processor, the shipping carrier, and our accountant and tax authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and business law requires, currently at least four years in Texas. Quote conversations that never became orders are kept only as long as they are useful, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Children

This site is not directed at children under thirteen and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, except where we are legally required to keep a sales record. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to, and any such message will have an unsubscribe link.

Hosting and logs

The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs such as request times and general location for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
